Shipping...FREE SHIPPING OVER $50 ALL THE WAY THRU CHRISTMAS......to the continental US. Currently we ship to the continental US. Hawaii and Alaska will have different rates.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: When you place a order, please know that most orders are custom made after they are placed. Please allow up to 4 days for production and 5-9 days for delivery.
USPS flat rate shipping is the only method, at flat rate boxes estimated by total purchase.
Currently we are running flat rate shipping, all you can stuff in a box, any size, any amouth for $6.50 anywhere in the continental US. Occasionally we run FREE SHIP WEEKENDS, please sign up for our E-BLASTso you can be up to date on all discounts!
Otherwise, the rates are by order total:
0-$100....$6.50 flat rate
International shipments: are FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL USPS PRIORITY BOX at $78 USD for up to 20 lbs. There will be an additional charge of $25 for handling on international orders. All international customers are responsible for paying THEIR ON GOVERNMENT CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES. We can ship it to you, but taxes and customs fees/paperwork is the buyer's responsibility. Absolutely no returns can be accepted on international orders, based on the cost of importing and exporting, so please be sure of your selections when you place your international order!
All credit payments must run through our website, please. This is a security measure. Please dont ask us to accept credit over the phone or email.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that it is not possible for us to know all the various duties/taxes for each country, and that this will be your responsibility for payment.
SKULLSOAP, LLC is not responsible for any delivery delays or problems due to Customs.
RETURNS: IF THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE OR ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER THAT IS OUR FAULT, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will return your email asap to rectify. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if there's an error on our part, we'd be happy to reconcile any problems.
However, we cant accept returns because you choose a fragrance you dont like...Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance/essential oil BASED ON FRAGRANCE SELECTION and once the bottle is open, it's not resalable.
...for lotions, scrubs, soaps, body washes, sunblock, sprays or any other skin related items as once it leaves our possession we cannot guarantee it’s purity. We encourage you to sample our fine fragranced lotions and other items at any of our on location festivals prior to ordering to assure your complete satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can rest assured that the products you buy from us have not been contaminated by any outside sources.
If for any reason there is a mix up or mistake on our part, please contact us as soon as possible with any questions. For on location sales, all jars are inspected and sealed before arriving at the show. If there is a leak for any reason, we take them off the table. We instruct all buyers to keep their jars upright, especially with scrubs and we provide a flat bottom bag to accomodate. Lotions may be in a non flat bottom bag. If leaks occur for any reason after the product leaves our table, that is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot insure proper handling of our products once they leave our possession. Please don't open your scrubs til you get home to your bath. Once they are open , the seal is broken and they may leak.

CAN I PICK UP ORDERS? No. We dont have a retail location, you can pick up orders at our festival locations if previously arranged and paid for at email@example.com. Please remember, we do not have a retail store, so you must place your order ahead of time. .
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD AND TIME ALLOWANCE? We ship USPS on all domestic orders, please allow 7-9 days for delivery, although we cannot guarentee delivery of any item by a specific time once it leaves our possession.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, broken glass or any problems, please contact us right away. We package everything specially with care to insure safe transport. If for any reason there is damage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can start an insurance claim. We will do the best we can to make sure your order is safe and correctly shipped/packaged. Each claim will be treated on a case by case basis. All packages leave our location in excellent condition, but damages can still occur, even during transit, so if you have a damaged item, please email us asap.
All other non skin related merchandise returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt. If we send the wrong fragrance to you, that would be our error and returns would be worked out through email@example.com , please contact us promptly.
